One of the top personal growth seminars will be sending a facilitator to talk about personal growth, to let you try some exercises, and to talk about the upcoming Insight seminar to which a bunch of us Granite Staters will be going

Around 6:30 we’ll share backgrounds around personal growth, what we’ve done in the past and what we hope to get out of a more conscious examination of our life.
Exercises: 7:15-8:30
Mike Connor, the visiting facilitator, will lead us on some exercises, to give you a taste of what a “personal growth seminar” is all about.
